SSS Shipping and Freight Information

Shipping Methods
Generally SSS only ships to Australian destinations.

We provide two options for shipping, during the checkout process you will be offered the choice of specifying your own freight carrier / freight account no OR to use the default SSS shipping method. (Toll Ipec Interstate, Perth metro various courier companies). You can also choose to pick up your items should you be based in perth.

Shipping is calculated on your location, order value and if you have purchased any large (bulky) items. Shipping costs can only be determined once you provide the postcode of your ship to address. We provide a handy shipping calculator on the shopping cart page that allows you to get your shipping cost before the checkout process.
 

Shipping Times

By default all orders are shipped when complete. Shipping times will also vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Please bare in mind SSS is located in Perth and shipments can take slightly longer to reach remote rural areas of  Australia. Should you require your order urgently or overnight we recommend you specifying your own freight method and special instructions.
 

Shipping Costs - Effective as of 22nd December 2011
All postcodes within Australia are divided into two zones. Most Perth metro suburbs are defined as Zone 1. All other areas of Australia including Sydney metro, Brisbane metro, Melbourne metro and Adelaide metro, are classed Zone 2. As shipping depends on your location we provide a shipping calculator at the bottom of our shopping cart page. Here you can enter your postcode into the shipping calculator and a shipping charge will be returned. You then have the option to add the charge to your shopping cart totals. * In addition there may be additional shipping charges if you order large, bulky items, be sure to read Bulk shipping details below.

BULK Shipping Charges
As many of our products such as spill pallets and flammable cabinets are large in size, in addition to base shipping charges, a per item freight surcharge may occur if your order contains a product/s that we class a bulky or extra bulky item. Your shopping cart will notify you when your order contains a bulky item, see the example below.
