Browsing Products
Simply browse our product categories from the top menu or use our powerful search functionality to find the products you require. Once  you find the product you require the options for that particular product will be displayed along with the price. Add a product/s to your shopping cart and you will be taken to your shopping cart page that contains the item you just added plus any other items you may have added previously. From the shopping cart page you can choose to continue to shop or checkout (complete) your order.
Note: At this stage you are not displayed a shipping cost. You will be given the oppurtunity to specify your preferred shipping method/company. Alternatively you can select the standard SSS shipping method which will be calculated once you supply your postcode.
 

Registration/Logging In
If this is the first time you have used the SSS website you will be asked to register. This is a quick process that asks for your personal billing and shipping details. within the process you will also supply your email address and create a password which can use upon future visits to the website.

Alternatively if you have used the website before you can enter your email address and password, which will then retrieve your personal details from your last visit.
 

Checking Out and Payment
Once you have supplied your shipping destination and purchase number you will be presented with a shipping cost or offered to supply your own freight arrangements. The last step is payment which you have two options. If you have a previously established account with SSS you can choose to have your account billed and an  invoice will be sent to your location. alternatively you can pay instanly by Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

When can I expect to see my order?
This is hard to answer as fullfillment can be affected by shipping dates depending on your location, product type and product size. We usually turn around orders within 24-48 hours however naturally custom products can take longer. Please bare in mind we are located in Perth and shipping can take slightly longer to the east coast of Australia.
