Ordering with SSS is simple and easy.
1) Browse and add products to your shopping cart.
2) When you are happy with your order select the checkout button.
3) First time users of the site will be asked to register and provide their details. returning customers can use their login details they created on their first visit.
4) You will be given the opportunity to specify shipping address, special instructions and select a shipping method.
5) Payment can be made via credit card or if you have a SSS account, in some instances your account can be billed.

When can I expect to see my order?
It is difficult to give an definitive date as fulfillment can be affected by shipping to your location and the type of product you ordered. By default all orders are shipped when complete. We usually turn around orders within same day -48 hours, however naturally custom products can take longer. Please bare in mind we are located in Perth and shipping can take slightly longer to remote areas of the east coast of Australia.
How is shipping calculated?
SSS provides two sipping methods. As a customer you can specify your own freight carrier and account no, or alternatively use our default shipping carrier Toll/Ipec. Shipping is based on your location, order value and if your order contains any "bulk items". within our shopping cart page we provide a shipping calculator which allows you to enter your postcode destination so that we can provide a shipping charge before checkout. What payment methods does SSS offer?
There are two payment options provided on the SSS website. Payment can be made via credit card, or if you have a SSS account, in some instances your account can be billed. If you specify to bill a SSS account and we find no matching account, your order will be delayed until you provide an alternative payment method.

Custom products are non returnable. If a product is deemed faulty we reserve the right to look into each product in a case by case basis and take appropriate action.
Can I re-order an old web order?
If you have placed an order previously on the website and you wish to order the same items we provide a quick function to make this possible.
1) Select "My Account" from within the top green menu
2) Login to the website.
3) Select "My Orders" from the left menu.
4) You can now view all your previous orders. Selecting "Reorder" will add all the items in that order to your shopping cart. you can now additional products or change quantities.
How do I update my account information?
1) Login to the website.
2) Select "My Account" from the top green menu.
3) Select "Account Information" from the left menu to change email or password, select "Address Book" to change billing and shipping addresses.
I forgot my password. What can i do?
1) Select "Login" from the top green menu bar.
2) You will be taken to the standard login screen, at the bottom of the right hand box you will see a link, "Forgot Your Password".
3) Select this link and you will be asked to enter your email address. Enter the email address you registered with and a new password will be emailed to this address.
My email address that I registered with has changed, what should I do?
1) Login to the website using your old email address and password.
2) Select "My Account" from the top green menu.
3) Select "Account Information", here you will be given the option to change to your email address. The email address you supply must be unique and previously unregistered.
