• Forkliftag is a daily preventative safety management system for forklift trucks. The holder should be attached to the side of the truck cab and the insert containing daily inspection procedures should be carried out by the first authorised user of the truck. The Black Book complements the holder and insert system and collects together all the elements you need to manage forklift trucks by providing a paper trail that is kept in one, easy reference loose leaf binder. Kit 1 includes: 1 holder, 5 standard inserts and 1 permanent marking pen, and Kit 2 includes: 5 holders, 15 standard inserts and 1 permanent marking pen.
